Unprofessional service of Morkels and Bradlows central city

I bought a Sansui plasma TV 64 inch cash and was delivered to me in a Hisense box without a remote, because I was given a display. Now the TV screen is blurry and shows ink scratches inside, like it's an internal damage, so I took the TV back in store, its been 4 months with the TV being in store, they are telling me to pay R6900 and the TV has a warranty and guarantee. Please assist
