Unprofessional

I had made an online purchase. I was told my order would be delivered on the 29th of October between 8am to 5pm. I received 3 calls 2 days before stating this would be the delivery time and date. The day before I received a message saying I should be on the look out for my delivery. On the day of the expected delivery I took a day off to be available. At 4:30pm there is no delivery so I go to the online site where I made the purchase and I went onto the chat to ask what was going on. A lady then told me my order isn't even out for delivery. That is just the most insane thing. I took an entire day off work to be available but you don't even keep to your word. For a business this is just unprofessional and just unacceptable.
