Unprofessional and *********** staff in Bradlows Bluff

I purchased a Goma Goma 2 seater couch in early December. Was delivered on 23 December at 2.30 When I asked the delivery person to open the package , we found out that it was damaged. We tried to call Bradlows Bluff but no answer. I finally got hold of the sales lady Cindy and the manager Nombuso. They promised to have it exchanged. But to date, I have not received any correspondence nor callback from Bradlows. I called again today, and was told by Cindy that they will sort it out. I asked to speak to someone in head office, and was told that they do not have a number for the head office. These staff just wanted to make a sale but the after service stinks. Am so disgusted with these staff attitude. Very poor customer service.
