unhelpful staff

Bradlows lakeside mall is unhelpful and gives you a run around. My fridge still under warranty has an issue but i am receiving no assistance.Last time I called and gave the info on the till slip and a defy tech was sent out.This time they say defy cannot assist with the information given.Called and was told they couldnt book a service but defy called me and the address was incorrect.When I called bradlows they have no idea.Is there anyone who can help.
