unhappy, irritated, frustrated unhappy customer

I brought a sienna bedroom suite a year ago and started peeling off. I complained and they replaced it with a knock off cheap skate Complained and couldn't replace cause it was discontinued. I then went for elna and paid R2000 extra only to find out that they didn't have it in stock and today they are replacing it with a damaged elna😡😡😡😡.. Go out of business if you don't want to serve us. I then called the branch manager who says I must go back to the store and complain?????what the F*ck... I am complaining...her name is euginia I want my money back and want to cancel my order and want the ****ty company to stop selling us expensive nonsense
