Unhappy frustrated customer

The customer service that I have been receiving from bradlows Kokstad and its wearhouse is appalling. In august 2020 I purchase a 3 piece bedroom suite from bradlows, to my dismay the dressing table handle holes where untidy done so I reported it to the guys doing the delivery and wrote it on the note. After 2 weeks no contacted me so I went to the store and complained and every week after that. The warehouse keeps on saying that they cannot get hold of me, which does not make sense because they have my work number and I stay where I work. I even told them that there is always someone by the house they can go and I can be there in under a minute. During this time the dressing table has been falling apart which I have reported aswell. On the 26 November 2020 I spoke to the Area Manager and said that he had urthorized the whole unit to be exchanged and he even phoned them in front of me giving them dates 27th,28,30 November to do the exchange. I waited at home the whole day everyday but no one came and no one called. I am very frustrated because I am paying for something that I am not happy with.
