Unhappy first time Bradlows buyer

I purchased a lounge on Thursday 25/06/2020 at Bradlows randfontein for R12000 and paid delivery charge. I asked John the consultant about when I can expect a delivery he said Saturday 27/06/2020. I told him to call me on friday yesterday to confirm the time of delivery and whether I'll get it on Saturday because I need to do work arrangements since I work Saturdays. He called late Friday to confirm that it will definitely take place Saturday at around 12h00 and the delivery guys will call me when coming to deliver. To my surprise I received a call at around 11h17 from a lady telling me that the delivery guys are at my house. I asked her why I was not call prior to the guys leaving the warehouse she said to me she thought Bradlows randfontein called me. So I told her I'm at work but I'll drive back home to receive the delivery so the guys must wait. When I got home the delivery truck was gone I tried calling the driver but he didn't not answer and call Bradlows randfontein and John said he'll call me and get back to me which he never did. I drove 30km from work to home and back to work for nothing. I'll like Bradlows to refund me the R12000 I paid and the R300 delivery charge. It was the first time I buy at Bradlows and it will be my last
