Unhappy customer.

I bought sofas with Bradlows Secunda, and the delivered damaged sofas I made an instant complain in September at the branch, I was then told by the sales people from the branch that they have logged a query with the Head Office for the replacement for the damaged sofas. I then received a call from their call center confirming they will replace the sofas in 5 days now we are in November 2 months later no one have called or come to replace the sofas. I went to the branch and they told me it was out of their hands.
