Unhappy customer

I bought headboard and dressing table last year around October at Bradlows Soshanguve, i am not happy with the quality, the drawers are difficult to open and the underneath part fell down. I went to report the matter around June/July this 2024, two guys came to check and said they will come back but till today I am still waiting or they are waiting for the warranty to end🤔🙄. Bradlows no longer sell quality.
