Unhappy Customer

Bought a bedroom suite from Bradlows Boksburg. Staff were very nice and convincing because this was a cash sale and they even begged me not to take the sale to another branch as they did not have stock of what i wanted, Delivery was promised for the next day from the warehouse, 3 days later and still no delivery or communication from Bradlows. Went to the shop to complain and the lady there "Acting Manager" was very rude to us. I even had to cancel the transaction answanted
