Unhappy customer

I bought couches 2 years ago they started tearing I reported the matter they came n pick them to the supplier n I've been waiting for two months now for them to bring them back they said I must pay R4800 for them to fix them I said I can't afford it they must just bring them back as they are bt I'm still waiting.
