Unhappy customer

I bought a lounge suite last year and I’ve had to complain about them because they were tearing and it’s supposed to be genuine leather uppers,they have picked them up before twice(2) and this is the third time now,upon going there to complain once more I’m told that their wharehouse will close for the holidays and I might not get them back this year and I’m seriously gatvol with them.
