Unhappy customer

Bradlows Durban- Aliwal I bought a Queen size bed,it was last year I think around October 2024. The bed was not good at all not comfortable and very hard .went and I complained about the bed .I decided to upgrade to a more expensive one, it was exactly the same not comfortable and very hard it will leave your body aching as if you've been hit by a truck. They changed the bed 3 times now and I am still not happy. I want my refund back not a new bed.
