Unhappy consumer

On the 9th of june I bought a dining room suit that costed 20,000 cash then it was delivered to my house to my surprise 3 chairs were broken they were detached (seats) this was two days after the delivery and the rest of the chairs were loose but not detached I reported the matter to the srevice provider they came to my house took one chair fixed it brought it the following day I asked the people who came to fetch the chair why they only took one chair they said they were told to only take one chair I went back to the shop to complain they came again and take one chair and that chair took two months to fix they brought it back after I have done lot of calls and complaints I even called their complaints department again they came to take rest of the chairs that were left behind 6 chairs that were remaining these. chairs were taken on the 1st of October till today nobody has said anything I'm left with two chairs out of 8 chairs that I bought this is so unfair five months down the line they are unable to resolve my complain no communication whatsoever its really unfair because I bought those chairs because I needed them its ridiculous
