unhappy client

im am terribly unhappy with the service ive been receiving,i decided to pay off my 2 accounts early and have been waiting so long for paid letters,when it does comemthey send me the one,i request for the other one and they send me the same thin,up to now I am waiting for the other letter and no response,im a very unhappy,doubt I will purchase from the store again.
