Unhappy and unsatisfied customer

In 2017 I bought GRAFTON EVEREST couches, tv stand and coffee table from BRADLOWS thorntree in block xx Soshanguve on a one year account agreement where I paid a deposit of R7000 and close to R2000 every month for 12 months. When I was busy signing the documents the consultant tons me that i can add an extra about for extra insurance since I'm taking them for only one year so that should anything happen within 5 years then in covered and I agreed hens the instalment was so high. Before 3 months could end I started hearing spring sounds on my couches when i sit down and I could feel the springs sticking out on the sides of the seats. I call the BRADLOWS and they came and collected and fixed them later on I noticed that the the feet of the stand started pealing made a call again and the collected for fixing. The arms of the small couch broke called them they collected. A year later the big and small couch broke again and I told them they collected and now its broken again on another side. I got so angry and told them that i no longer want them to be fixed i want the replacement because ever since I bought them I have been struggling with this couches but GRAFTON EVEREST and BRADLOWS refuse to replace they because they say I had them long forgeting that I struggled with the couches few months after I bought them. Even today I waiting for them to come and collect them as I write this review. I am so disappointed because I bought from them because I wanted quality and if I wanted couches that are fixed now and then I could have went to a cheap furniture shop. Growing up I knew BRADLOWS AND MORKELS to be the best but clearly not any more. I am not happy at all and to think that I paid them so well I never even missed payment even when I was on martenity leave and not receiving a salary I made sure that their instalment is paid
