unfulfilled promises, no delivery at east gate Bradlows

I bought a couch at bradlows under the impression that it will be delivered the next day, the sales person wasn't truthful. They told us after we have paid that we will get an sms from the warehouse to arrange delivery, we still haven't received an sms. I called the store to follow up, and the lady said they do not have the warehouse number so we must wait for the SMS. They don't even communicate that they are having delays. This is disappointing, we only bought the couch because they promised they'll deliver quickly, if they were honest with us we would have bought it elsewhere as we needed the couch urgently.
