Unfaithful salesman

Hi. I bought a bedroom suit in August, the saleman organized transport for me and they deliver it on Friday, 8th August 2025. On the 9th I called the salesman (Bheki) to complain about the headboard that it wasn't fitted right since the *****s were falling, he promised to send the guy to fix the problem. The guy didn't come till today, even if I go to the store he keeps promising
