Unfairly treated

I settled bradlows sometime ago and provided them with a proof of payment but they still deducted my money. When requested refund they wanted bank statement and I also provided them with bank statement. Again awaiting for my refund and made a follow up now they wanted my id copy which I also provided them but still no refund
