Unfair service

Hello hope u can help me, in 2011 I bought a bedroom suite at bradlows in potchefstroom, after being delivered it was damaged and I reported the matter within 7 days, the took months before exchanging the goods, and brought back a damaged set, after some months I stopped paying thinking that they will assist me, than I started paying again and still went to complain but until today still I am sitting with a damaged bedroom suite, 3 months back I went again to the store for assistance and the lady told my they can't find my profile on the system, many times I even contacted the head office the just kept on saying they will attend the matter but still till today no luck, I am very unhappy coz I paid almost R15000 back for a thing that's not right, please can any one help me I know its been long now but if u can come and look at the set u will see what I am talking about
