unfair rude and bad service

i purchased a dstv at morkels where i paid R800 including istalation they installed it bt it was faulty eventuallt it went dead on me i went to the store to report this and the the service provider at the store said i should go home they will send someone to fix it then during the cday i was informed that i had to pay R400 to get the installation fixed but i refused to do ths because it had been installed in the last 4-5mnths i called the tore and spoke to a manager by the name of cindy bt then when reported that i had recievd a time scale at time of purchase thenshe said that she i sthe manager at the store bt she does nt deal with dstv complaints thus i went to the store and did not go to work i then went to the store and sivuyile got so rude and violent and i mujst admit i was very angry bt then nt even the manager came to listen to the issue they were just looking at us shouting at each other as i wanted my money back then he said to me that i should go home and wait for the technition to come and fix it, they did not fix it they demanded money and sivuyile threatened to beat the hell out of me if i go to morkels again to shout and embarras me he called me on my fown. help plz
