So i went to Bradlows at Carnival Mall on the 25th May 2020 to buy a bed. I was helped by the salesperson by the name of Lebo, she was very friendly and helped me with my purchase. I asked her to deliver as i needed it urgently, her response was thet she will deliver within 3 working days and not later than that. The bed is still not delivered to date. Every time i phone the store they tell me they will deliver the next day.They clainm they have been calling me of which they didnt as they cant even provide me with proof that they have been trying to communicate, whenever i call the store using my airtime which is costly they promise to call me back and they never do. The store manager is very rude, clueless about aftersale service, she was not interested in hearing me out, she just hung up on me of which i find it very ********* especially since I am the one who phoned. Tried cancelling the sale and i was told it will take 7-10 working days of which i do not have that time to wait. Its funny how they all act all nice towards a potential buyer once they got their sale and their money is banked on their side, you are left to see for yourself. I want my money before COB tomorrow or you will hear from the Competition Commisioner very soon, im livid i want nothing to do with the store and i will go to social media if this is not handled as a top priority, HATS WILL ROLL its not a threat but a promise.
