Undelivered Purchase

Went to them on 5 Friday 2018 made and paid i full for the Purchase and to date the 9 Th i have had to constantly call and ask whatsapp is the hold up. Asked to speak to John told not at work called again asked for Mala sales lady was told not the called warehouse told systems down n they wont inform me when i will get the item i Purchase for R9599.99.90. They sends me runmin around and their service and business etiqutte sucks. They have no business value and service delivery. Kindly assit me case i have had no glory and my money lost. One star but in truth i would give them ZERO STARS.
