Unacceptable service and poor quality goods

We have purchased an bedroom suit and an bed at barlows Cleary Park, Port Elizabeth we are very disappointed at there service..after saving money to buy quality yet quality was not delivered!!!we paid 15 thousands rand cash for our bedroom suit which is in repair for the second time the bed we purchased wasn't the bed that was delivered.. After numerous of complaints given to the branch manager at Cleary Park,Port Elizabeth we not getting anywhere today my husband went to the shop again because the headboard is in repairs for two weeks however the chest of draws is also giving problems from day one.. The bed was never changed after informing her we still waiting... Going there today telling her since our purchased date we having problems that she is aware of but she keeps on telling us that she is sending out emails... We not getting any solutions to our problems.. After buying cash, after using our saving.. Thinking we want to buy quality because it should hold us years but it's not evens an year and we having problems with it its starting to break....im really very disappointed!!!!!
