u trustworthy and **** goods

Bradlows is in the business of deceiving client and i waited 6months before putting a report here. I also bought my furniture from Bradlows Arcadia on Beatrix. Right from the first day, i had a complain and i was told to write the problem on the slip which we did. I and my husband has been to the branch more than 6 times to complain abt the problems which are as follows,<br> *Zanzibar lounge suite material is out, not of good quality<br> *Masterguard was not added to the Zanzibar lounge suite<br> * Dinning table is not balanced<br> *Four dining chairs are scratched.<br> <br> The total of all this furnitures cost R25000 and i deposited R15000 and I still didnt receive service for my money. Each time they call, they are always saying the wrong things. Last 2weeks, someone called me and i told the person they must exchange but she said it wasnt possible anymore because it was after 7days and we complained about this problems from the first day. We've been to the manager but he also seem not to know what is happening. I so much regret buying anything from Bradlows.
