U setisfied customer with the service of Sealy and I want my money.

I bought a Sealy posture pedic at Morkels bradlows Khayelitsha branch in cape town in November last year.The bed cost me R10000 but now it seems like I bought a R500 bed because when the sales man showed me I was so impressed but now it is not even a year the bed is so uncomfortable I reported the mater at the store they said they will inform the heard office.The head office called me and said I must take a picture of the bed for them to check what was wrong with the bed.I had a big fight with them now I want nothing to do with them and I want my money to buy another bed because I do not trust the Sealy products anymore.PLEASE HELP PETER.
