Two weeks no delivery - no help

I bought couches at Bradlows- Secunda on 29 July 2019. Even now there is still sign of delivery, went to the branch no-one wanted to assist us since the person who sold the couches was off. I asked for manager's number only to find out it is wrong numbers, their land line is not working either. It is two weeks now with no sign of delivery. I called contact center ,0800-11-99-33 and customer care with no answer.
