TRASH BRADLOWS DON'T WAIT YOUR MONEY ON THEM

My father, a pensioner bought bedroom suite 28 July 2018. The products were delivered without a handle and with so many mistakes. My mother has been to the store countless times without help. They have been promising her that they will come and collect the goods and fix but still they haven’t. 2 weeks ago my mother went back to the store to tell them about a mirror that fell of from the suit when my mother complained about it they told her that she they will not assist her but then changed their minds and they promised that they will come still they haven’t. I feel like they are taking advantage of my parents because they are not well educated and are old to bust be going around. I’m so disappointed with Bradlow’s as a brand and demand that something be done with this company which take for granted people who never even skipped a month without a payment. Bradlow’s Tsakane mall is unfair to customers.
