Total lack of customer service

I recently bought coaches for R30,000 at Bradlows Festival Mall Kempton Park, they were delivered a day late. On delivery I notice that the right hand side of the 3 seater was broken and I refused to sign for the goods, however as it was late the delivery guys begged to leave the goods as they had nowhere to store them. I called the shop the next morning and Thabiso acted as if it was not a big deal. What kind of service is this? Does he think my next purchase will be at this shop? Hell no!!!!!!!
