torn furniture and no aftercare service from the shop

<p>i bought my leather lounge set last year for cash from morkels in empangeni they have since changed their trading name</p> <p>within 5 months the set started tearing and when i went i wnet to the shop to complain most customers had similar problems</p> <p>up until now, they have replaced only 1 set and im still waiting</p> <p>it's been 6 months of waiting with no response from the company and i must say i regret ever purchasing these items from morkels</p> <p> </p>
