Torn Bed thats less than a year old

I bought a bed on account at Bradlows (Festival Mall) in 2017 September.

I realised that the Seal bed tore and I contacted the shop three times and all this time i was told someone would get back to me but no one ever did till today.

I am not happy because I am paying for something that is hardly a year old but already damaged and no one seems to care. What a disrespectful way to treat costumers
