Threats from Sello Manager from Bradlows Carnival Mall

It is currently 00h44 date 15 November 2024, I honestly can't sleep thinking about the threat Sello a manager in Carnival Mall , Bheki the sales man sold me a combo and L shape couch together with a coffee table but when the items were delivered on the 13th the table was no longer part of the deal , I have spoken to Gugulethu ( customer care) have shared my anger and shocker of how all this has transpired instead of the manager taking responsibility by disciplining his worker Bheki for not paying attention when selling an item to the client. On the day of paying the R2500 Sello the manager was there assisting Bheki not even once did he said Mr Zulu are you are aware that the item you selected doesn't include the coffee table, nobody in your company wanna take the responsibility about this I repeat I will not give up fighting, Sello promised me a call he made last afternoon by telling me he will come with his guy to fetch the sofas as I'm currently disputing all this because there is no way you sold me an item then on delivery I get new updates that the item was optional and I needed to add . The 25 December I'm expected to honour my contract I ask again is Bradlows going to keep their honour. Can someone call me regarding this because there's no way that your salesman makes and error and I have to be the one suffering. I need help someone must check the CCTV see what was happening that day there's no way I will let this go down without a fight. The consumer rights has to be involved and if I am wrong I will accept but the salesman ( Bheki ) the senior guy who was there and the lady who came to the desk to tell that other clients wanted the item all those people need to be honest and the company has to put the client first. I need help and Sello his threats are hurting me but we stay strong. Please help me , I request this date 15 November 2024
