they delivered damaged soffas

on 12 of December 2015 my granny bought sofas from morkels costing R19000,the sofas were delivered 2 days and they couldn't fit on the door so they went back to the shop.the morkels salesman called my granny to come and choose another lounge suit,but due other responsibilities she couldn't go to the shop immediately.and then she had 1 of her friend telling her that her lounge suit entered through the window,and we thought about it and it was a good idea,because our window is 147m x 144m.then on Monday of the 21st of December a salesman from morkels called my granny and told her they are delivering the sofas again,then we immediately removed the window,and then they didn't arrive on Monday they arrived on Tuesday around 15:30,then the lounge suit fitted on the window,we didn't even use angles to put them.then we opened them yes it was the correct ones,and the color was correct too,but the problem it was they were damaged.we immediately reported to morkels and we even wrote on the delivery paper that the sofas are damaged before signing.since then i have been calling morkels people 3 to 4 times a week,but my issue is not getting resolved.
