They charge 15% for requesting a refund or returns

I bought a couches at bradlows and it was delivered yesterday. Today m lodging a refund coz it dies not fit my house. They are now telling me that they will charge me 15% for opening the package. Meaning that they charge for returns and refund coz every customer will first open the package before returning it. They are scarmas and i an going to take them to ombudsman to review their policy . I will fight for my rights , if needs me to go to court i will do that. Even the consultant was very rude to me . I will never buy anything from this store ever again
