My name is Conwill Louw I have an account with Morkels I am unemployed and want to make an arrangement to settlement and cancel my account. I haven't received any statements I don't know my balance I will be getting help from someone but morkels is not working with me and is not willing to make arrangements with me I have been working with the Alberton branch with a very rude lady Puleng that cannot tell me the settlement amount and the process to cancel the account. I need a settlement letter and also a statement as soon as possible because I want no relations with morkals and will also warm my surrounding people of morkels.
