The worst service ever

Bradlows Alexander is the worst store the service is bad, I have a pending application for more then 4 days, with no update as I'm told if the staff member that initially helped with the application is off then no one can assist, the worst part is I place 4 calls only to have a rude sales lady hang up the phone while I'm talking.
