The worst service and product ever.

I bought a R5400 Sleepmaster queen size bed at Parow, WC branch of Bradlows, Friday the 17 December 2021. They delivered it Monday the 20 December 2021. The stitching is lose with the sponge sticking out.

I’m so disappointed in a company like this’ service. Can Bradlows refund me please. We want to go on holiday but have to wait now for the next delivery date.
