The worst customer service ever!

I've had it with bradlows! Ever since they sold me damaged couches in may, they have been failing to fix it. I reported the matter the very same month but I struggled to get them to come and check them, they only came in July and took one couch to \go get it fixed"till today they have not brought it back instead they want me to pay for it"
