The worst customer care ever

Service delivery and customer care is at 0% at Bradlows. I bought a bed and a wardrobe on credit on 11 December 2019. After several rescheduling, they delivered the wardrobe on 21 December, but the bed was not delivered. They did not bother to let me know why it was not delivered instead their call center agents gave me attitude when I inquired. They advised that they had no stock and the supplier was closed for holidays and would re-open on 15 January 2020. Today is 22 January 2020, I still have not received the bed and they even ignore my Facebook messages even though I can see that they are online. If you want to spare yourself the pain avoid buying from them on credit.
