The worse service I have ever received!

<p>I had a lay-buy with Bradlows and paid it off on the 10th of May and till today I have not received my Plasma Stand.</p> <p>I have been to the store,contacted customer services,written on their Facebook messenger... And still no body seems to take my case serious.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been 22 days since I paid the Balance of my Lay-buy and all I have been receiving is this poor service.. I never though such a huge company would be so ***********</p> <p>They tell me stories about their head office having to transfer money to my lay-buy,I don't think that should affect me as a customer since it reflects on their system that I have paid up the lay-buy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my stand delivered to me today/tomorrow or my money back,I'm sick and tires of this,My TV is on top of a chair since I have given away my old stand thinking you were going to deliver my new one.</p> <p>I'm so hurt coz even when I contact the store,they get anoid by hearing that its me calling.</p> <p>Please I'm tired if begging Bradlows for goods that already belong to me....</p>
