The quality of Bradlows furniture is questionable

I recently bought a couch from Bradlows stores less than two months and couch stated pilling off and below is the response I got : Good Day, please note that the damages on your product are not manufacture defect and has been rejected, no repairs or collection will be taking place, please contact your store. Should you wish to query this? Thank You

• Good Day, kindly note that your product is out of the supplier guarantee. Should you wish to have them repaired please note that a transportation fee of R900.00 is payable before they can be collected this fee excludes all material and labour cost which you will be labile for. Should you wish to continue with this please contact your store to and make the payment of R900.00 in store before we may proceed.

However its not been two months since i bought the couch and the mistake I did was to take a couch ok display to avoided delivery cost and my coumpliant us rejected due to that . Is it far to the customer to be treated like this after you were told the couch has guarantee now when you log complaint all suddenlt the couch has no garantee
