The absolute worst.

The worst customer experience Bradlows customer service has the worst workflow. All they do is log tickets and not solve the problem. I have been waitingg for my order for more than 10 days and all they have done to resolve the issue for me is log tickets. One day they say the delivery was completed, one day they are looking for my order. I am so fed up and I just want my money. I don’t care about the delivery anymore.
