Terrrible Services and refusal to pay back the money at Bradlows Golden Acre

This store owes my daughter a refund , it is bradlows in Cape Town Golden Acre, they seems to have pockected my daughter s ` money, my daughter went there several times requesting a refund and i went there myself and we have been sent from pillar to post it is insanity that something that was supposed to have been done in few days have taken a month in the day of technology and all , it is beyond disgusting.
