Terrible ******** service

I purchased a plush seally bed set at Bradlows in Middelburg but they delivered a firm seally bed. When i told the sales lady she tried to convince me I bought a firm matrass, and i would never do that; i was with my sister and she tried to convince me to buy a medium hut i told her that medium is too hard for me. I even sat on the bed to ensure it was plush enough. The sales lady that helped me told me that I'll have to pay extra if i wanted a plush mattrass. The law says the price you see is the price you pay. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with the kind of service (terrible and ********) I'm getting from Bradlows
