Terrible Themba

I have a refund due to me. The issue has been ongoing since 13/03/2018. Themba Mabuza from refunds answered the phone when I called in, he was rude and impatient as I questioned why the refund has not been processed and why he could not assist as he said he would send my query to someone else to help me at a later stage. This was the worst service I have ever received and I did not bother asking for a supervisor as he offered it to me which made me doubt the legitimacy of the person I would speak to next. Please address this issue as a company and issue my refund ASAP
