TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM BRADLOWS REGARDING MY COMPLAINT, STILL UNRESOLVED SADLY

30 Oct 2025, 15:56I bought a fridge from Bradlows, it got delivered and it had dents on it at the back and the delivery guys said there's nothing can do but took pictures. I said it's fine then. Later I discovered one of the drawers it cracked, that's when I decided no I can't keep it. I sent them an email (22 Oct 2025) with pictures and they called and asked for pictures on WhatsApp, I sent them. They have been quiet since . I keep emails asking for an update,and I get the same response "sorry for the inconvinience you've faced with our service. we have escalated your complaint for further attention/to the relevant department" but till today October 30th no one bothers to update me. I have received an emotional ********* from one of the drivers because they are being made to pay for the fridge, that's harrassment I do not need. I told them about this and asked them if they are quiet because they are waiting for the guys to pay for the fridge. this is frustrating because I do not have a fridge.
