Terrible service still waiting for delivery

My husband purchased a bedroom suite on lay-buy and we have paid the outstanding amount on the 15 of July 2020. We were at Nelspruit Branch and we were told they have enough stock delivery will take place within 2 days we must wait for Cape Town to contact us for delivery arrangements. Unfortunately it’s been 3 weeks and we are given a run around we haven’ t received our unit. This is totally unacceptable because now they are telling us they don’t have stock . They are misleading us with false information . We want our unit back or else we will take further steps against this company. I would appreciate if this matter is resolved. This is not how you should treat your customers . Very bad service!!!
