Terrible service from bradlows tzaneen

I bought lounge suite in November 2021 cash at bradlows tzaneen their service is horrible, for them to deliver the goods to me took them 3 weeks , I had to go to them every day asking them what is happening and was told that they don't have stock but at first they did not say that. When they deliver the goods after 3 weeks the other piece of the lounge suite was damaged I had to go back to them to complain, the store manager in Tzaneen said they will escalate the matter to head office, I waited for 3 weeks again for them to come and fetch the lounge suite. After fetching them it took them the whole of January to bring new ones, the new ones was worse that the previous one. I had to go back to the manager in Tzaneen but he seemed nit to care since they got a sale from me but my happiness did not matter to them. So they came again to take the lounge suite again and brought it back more worse so I don't know what is wrong with bradlows but one thing that I know is they don't care about customers as long as their deal was a success and I will never ever buy anything from them or refer anyone to them. I just want them to give me my money back that's all. I'm so ****ed off .
