Terrible service from Bradlows phoenix branch

Absolutely terrible service from the Phoenix BRADLOWS branch.We sent an Amp to be repaired that's under garentee and it's now 3 months the amp is still at the Phoenix branch . I call everyday n get no feedback from mala . No1 can give me a proper answer as to when the amp will be fixed. I've called the complaints department and they claimed the amp has been logged in on the 9th of Jan ...it's now 24th of Feb still no response ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME
