Terrible service from bradlows Chatsworth centre

Ashina from Bradlows Chatsworth Is one of the worst sales representatives you'll ever meet. She refused to issue a refund on the basis that she will send me a new product. After 2 months she gets back to me to say that the product has been discountined. The sales rep and the product rep cannot provide it in writing the the product has been discountined.

Just wasted 2 months of calls waiting for a product. When finally visiting the branch the sales ends up screaming saying that I am annoying after this process could have been ended a long time ago if she issued the refund.
